The Founders Cohort

The Founders Cohort is the inaugural cohort of BoydNorth. Ten to twelve senior leaders working through the same operating discipline together, over six months, with the principal as facilitator. Admission is by application. Seats are limited and not filled on a first-come basis.

The application takes about ten minutes. Every application is reviewed by the principal personally. Strong-fit candidates are invited to a 30-minute conversation before admission decisions are made.
