Terms of Enrollment
Effective May 10, 2026
These Terms of Enrollment govern your participation in the Executive Operating Leadership program offered by BoydNorth. By enrolling, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
01The Program
Executive Operating Leadership is a self-paced learning program for newly-promoted senior leaders. The program includes video instruction, written content, templates, and — depending on the tier you select — community access and scheduled cohort discussions.
Tiers and what each includes
- Self-Paced ($497). All eight modules with lifetime access to course content.
- Self-Paced + Toolkit ($697). All Self-Paced content, plus six executive templates and the Executive Operating Field Manual.
- Cohort Edition ($997). All Self-Paced + Toolkit content, plus access to the program community and scheduled Q&A sessions for the duration of the cohort.
02Eligibility
Enrollment is open to professional adults. By enrolling, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to agree to these terms on your own behalf or, if enrolling on behalf of an organization, on behalf of that organization.
03Enrollment and Payment
Payment is processed at the time of enrollment through Stripe. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout where required by law. Enrollment is effective upon successful payment confirmation.
04License and Access
Upon enrollment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the program content. Specifically:
- Enrollment is for one individual. You may not share login credentials or program content with others.
- Lifetime access means access for as long as BoydNorth makes the program available. We do not commit to indefinite hosting of any specific platform but will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes.
- You may not download, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit program content except as expressly permitted (for example, personal use of templates within your own work product).
05Intellectual Property
All program content — including videos, written materials, templates, frameworks, and the Executive Operating Field Manual — is the intellectual property of BoydNorth. Your enrollment grants you a personal license, not ownership. Templates may be adapted for use in your own work product; the framework itself may not be repackaged, taught, sold, or distributed as your own.
06Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share account credentials or program content with others
- Use the program to compete with BoydNorth or develop a substantially similar offering
- Engage in conduct in the program community that is harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate
- Misrepresent your professional context or use the program in deceptive ways
07Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
08Disclaimer
The program provides educational content and frameworks. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes from your participation. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own application of the material, your organizational context, and circumstances unique to your situation.
09Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoydNorth's total liability arising out of or relating to your enrollment shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program. BoydNorth is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BoydNorth harmless from any claims arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the program.

Nothing in the program should be interpreted as advice or endorsement on behalf of any government entity.
12Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
13Modifications
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active participants. Continued participation in the program after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
