Refund Policy
Effective May 10, 2026
We want you to feel confident in your enrollment in Executive Operating Leadership. This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which a refund may be issued and the process for requesting one.
14-Day Satisfaction Window
You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your purchase if the program does not meet your expectations, subject to the conditions below.
01Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a full refund, all of the following must be true:
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date
- You have not accessed more than 25% of the program content
- The request is submitted in writing to info@boydnorth.com
02Non-Refundable Purchases
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase date
- Purchases where more than 25% of the program content has been accessed
- The Cohort Edition after the first scheduled cohort session has been attended
- Any add-on products or services beyond the core program tier
03How to Request a Refund
Send an email to info@boydnorth.com that includes:
- Your full name
- The email address used at enrollment
- Date of purchase
- A brief note about your reason (optional, but helpful for our continuous improvement)
04Processing Time
Refunds are processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days of approval and are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
05Partial Refunds
In cases where eligibility is unclear — for example, the access threshold is borderline or the request is just outside the 14-day window — we will work with you in good faith to find a fair resolution.
06Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive or in bad faith. Examples include repeated requests across multiple accounts and requests that follow extensive program consumption.
07Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, your access to the program will be suspended pending resolution. We strongly encourage you to email us first — we will work with you to find a solution.
08Cancellation by BoydNorth
In the unlikely event we cancel a cohort or discontinue the program entirely before you have received what you paid for, you will receive a pro-rated refund of any unreceived value.
